Turning Technology

The use of innovative automation solutions on our premises offers an extremely interesting option of feeding parts to machines at high speed and to process these parts efficiently. And: These automations also comprise integrated testing units. The linking of several machines allows for shorter distances and thus for shorter cycle times.

Hard Machining

One of the manufacturing processes implemented on our premises is the grinding of workpieces in high quantities with the core competences of precise form and position tolerance, high diameter quality and high surface accuracy.

Machining Centers

The use of CNC machining centers, partly with automatic part feed, makes us independent in the fitting of the machines. Short workpiece and tool change periods as well as 4-side and 5-side machining increase the throughput. Our very sophisticated parts get their final geometrical shape by drilling, milling and grating.

Quality Measuring Technology

Quality is our highest goal. With the support of our certified quality management system, we consequently pursue the zero defect goal and ensure a permanently and constantly high quality. Our self dependent employees monitor the manufacturing processes statistically. (SPC). Finally, the parts are finally inspected in the laboratory for technical cleanness. A final inspection carried out by the quality assurance department, internal and external audits in all departments of our company as well as on the premises of our suppliers, are a matter of course to us.
