The apprentices themselves provided insights into the processes of the wide-ranging education offered at Burgmaier. The company boss relies on apprentices from the region. Numerous pupils of the Gemeinschaftsschule Schelklingen / Allmendingen also use the training day to deepen the existing contacts of the cooperation of Burgmaier and the school. , Especially the seventh graders asked for internships. But there were also questions about a further qualification after the training. Karl-Hugo Schick proudly referred to Samantha Rovisan, currently a third-year trainee mechanical tensioner. „We have already developed a career plan with the next milestone production planner for this young, very committed employee“. The young woman showed how the modern CNC machining center works and what can be produced on the high-tech machine. Instructor Martin Heyland led the visitors into the new training room, equipped with the latest multimedia equipment, where the apprentices write about their report books and are prepared for exams. Burgmaier Technologies currently employs 21 industrial and eight business apprentices as well as two students in mechanical engineering and international business.
