His biggest career aspiration is mechatronics. The high school student completed internships at two industrial companies, now he is interested in an internship at Burgmaier. Noah’s parents complained that secondary schools were less job-oriented than the community schools. “With just a week or two, a young person gets too little insight into a job.” Samantha Rovisan, a trainee mechanic at Burgmaier, enthusiastically explained to the student how the high-tech machining center works, which was recently acquired for the training workshop.
Yusuf-Can Yilmaz, an apprentice machine and plant operator, said that he enjoys the training. “We learn a lot and are allowed to work independently. That’s great, “praised the 18-year-old. As personnel manager Fischer announced, the training workshop will be relocated within the Allmendingen site and will be doubled to accommodate even more state-of-the-art machines. “As a rule we take on all trainees in permanent employment,” he assured.
